Job summary

PDR Solutions Ltd is seeking a Design and Sales Consultant to join our Design Team in London. You will support clients through the sales, design and installation process, ensuring excellent products and service.

The role is office-based, Monday–Friday, with 9am–5pm core hours; a driving licence is beneficial for client site surveys across London and the South East. Company vehicles are available for those without a vehicle; commission on top of basic salary is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing sales role is essential.
• Strong communication and IT skills, with familiarity with Adobe a benefit.
• A good eye for detail and ability to multi-task on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients, establishing relationships and advising on solutions.
• Completing site surveys and taking basic measurements.
• Working with the sales administration team to provide costed proposals.
• Selecting graphics and presenting completed designs to clients.
• Liaising with clients and the product design team to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Are you a dynamic individual with Technical Sales experience? Do you thrive in a customer-based environment? Do you have a technical mindset with an understanding of design/manufacturing processes? If so this could be the role for you. Our client, an industry leading design and manufacturing company, are looking for a Design and Sales Consultant to work within their Design Team. As a Design and Sales Consultant you will play a key role in supporting clients through every aspect of the sales, design and installation process and ensure they receive excellence in products and service.

As a Design and Sales Consultant you will be responsible for:

• Communicating with clients, establishing relationships and advising on solutions.
• Completing site surveys and taking basic measurements.
• Working with the sales administration team to provide costed proposals.
• Selecting graphics and presenting completed designs to clients.
• Liaising with clients and the product design team ensuring tasks are completed to time.
• Managing and ensuring quality records of completed projects (photos, drawings, etc).
• Maintaining internal logs and databases.

Experience in a customer facing sales role is essential. As is:

• A good telephone manner, and clear, professional communication skills-both written and verbal
• Excellent IT skills, familiarity with Adobe is a benefit
• A strong creative instinct
• An exceptional eye for detail
• The ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects

This would be an ideal role for a technical sales professional looking to expand their scope or a design graduate with customer-facing sales experience looking to start their career. The role is office-based role, Monday-Friday, core hours are 9am-5pm, however flexibility may be required to meet clients needs. A driving licence is a benefit as you will need to attend client sites across London and the South East to complete surveys. Company vehicles are available for those without a vehicle. In return you will receive training in a truly unique sector and the ability to earn £5,000-£10,000 in commission on top of your basic salary.
