Job summary

Magnet in Loughton is seeking a part-time Design Sales Assistant to create a welcoming showroom experience. You’ll understand customer needs, guide them through products, and showcase services with enthusiasm.

You will support Kitchen Sales Designers, manage appointments, and contribute to sales targets while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong product knowledge.

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• IT literate with good attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

£15,923.09 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £16,500+)

This is a part time role, 24 hours, including Saturday working.

As a Design Sales Assistant, you'll help create a warm and welcoming experience from the moment customers walk through the door. You'll take the time to understand their needs, guide them around our inspiring showroom, and showcase Magnet's products and services in a helpful and engaging way.
