Job summary

Magnet Huntingdon Showroom is seeking a Design Sales Assistant to welcome customers, understand their needs and guide them around our showroom with expert product knowledge.

You will support sales targets, manage appointments, and assist Kitchen Sales Designers throughout the customer journey, all while delivering outstanding service and benefiting from a base salary with uncapped commission. Part-time 24 hours over 3 days.

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Great communication and organisation skills.
• IT literate with good attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

£15,923.09 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £17,000+)

Please note this is a part time role, 24 hours over 3 days

As a Design Sales Assistant, you’ll help create a warm and welcoming experience from the moment customers walk through the door. You’ll take the time to understand their needs, guide them around our inspiring showroom, and showcase Magnet’s products and services in a helpful and engaging way.
