Job summary

BUUK Infrastructure is seeking a Design & Records Trainer to equip staff with knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out work-related tasks. You will train the Design & Records Office staff and support the Training Manager with long-term development of employees' skills.

The role provides design and technical support across the business and its partners, involvement in e-learning, training materials, audits, and confidential handling of records; hybrid working and excellent

Qualifications

Recognised training qualification such as TQUK Level 3 or equivalent.
Experience in developing training materials to QCF Level 3 Education and Training standard.
Understanding of current Legislation, Technical Standards & Specifications relevant to multi-utility systems.

Responsibilities

Develop training programmes and assist in expanding existing training and development.
Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning where relevant.
Monitor trainee progress through questionnaires and discussions with the Development & Standards Manager.
Maintain confidentiality of training records and ensure secure data handling.
Assist testing new design systems and their rollout to the design staff.
Collaborate with team leaders to address training problems and deliver group sessions.
