Job summary

One Way Resourcing is seeking a Design Manager for a leading Main Contractor in the Southampton area. The role will involve coordinating design activities across live projects and tender proposals, liaising with architects, consultants, structural engineers, highway agencies, local authorities and other contractors to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Design Manager within main contractor environments, with design-and-build project experience.

Qualifications

• Proven background as a Design Manager.
• Experience with tenders, bids and proposals.
• Ability to coordinate with architects, consultants, structural engineers, highway agencies and local authorities.
• Strong organization to manage information and drawings flow.
