Criterion Capital Ltd is seeking a Design Manager to drive the design development process across residential and hotel projects. You will manage design teams and consultant actions to meet client requirements, budgets, and schedules.

You will coordinate with project management, operations and external contractors, ensuring designs are compliant, sustainable, and aligned with project scope. Strong communication with clients and teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field required.
• Minimum 1 year of consultancy/design manager experience.
• Ability to manage design teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with budget, regulatory requirements and QA/QC processes.

Responsabilités

• Manage the entire design process and consultant teams to meet goals.
• Oversee consultant design delivery, ensuring functional, aesthetic and technical compliance.
• Coordinate early involvement of specialist packages and external contractors.
• Collaborate with project management to align with scope, budget and programme.
• Lead design review meetings and address design risks and feasibility.
• Incorporate sustainable design principles and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate design documentation and QA/QC before approvals.
