The business delivers projects end‑to‑end—from acquisition and design through construction and long‑term operation—supported by multidisciplinary in‑house teams and a strong consultant network.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the MEP design team; oversee project coordination and quality.
• Deliver concept through detailed MEP designs for residential and hotel projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and technical excellence.
• Conduct surveys, due diligence, and technical assessments of existing installations.
• Manage feasibility studies, MEP cost planning, procurement support and financial performance.
• Oversee construction monitoring and installation sign‑off on live projects.
• Build strong relationships with clients, hotel operators, consultants and contractors; support business development.
• Ensure robust risk management, performance monitoring, and adherence to Criterion Capital’s delivery processes.

Requirements
