Job summary

O'Neill & Brennan is seeking a Design Manager for a Berkshire-based project on a contract basis. The role includes office work 2–3 days per week, site visits, and some remote work, supporting a 12-month project at an MOD facility with a £12m value.

Ideal candidates will have worked for main contractors with experience across public sector sectors such as education, healthcare, government, prisons & MOJ, and MOD.

Qualifications

• UK Architectural or construction qualification is required.
• 5+ years post graduate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work on a contract basis for a minimum of 6 months with potential extension due to public sector frameworks.
• Office-based 2–3 days per week with site visits and some remote working.
• Experience with main contractors and public sector projects (education, healthcare, government, prisons & MOJ, MOD) preferred.
