Job summary

O’Neill & Brennan is seeking a Design Manager to join a leading main contractor on a contract basis in the Surrey area. The initial assignment is 9 months on a new build and refurbishment project at an MOD facility in North Hampshire, with values from £2m to £22m.

You will work office-based 2–3 days per week, with site visits and some remote work. Applicants should have 5+ years post-graduate experience and hold a UK architectural or construction qualification, with experience in public sector
