• Proven experience as a Design Manager in a main contractor environment.
• Experience delivering complex construction projects from design through to completion.
• Strong knowledge of technical design coordination.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage design programmes, technical submissions, design changes and requests for information
• Ensure designs comply with Building Regulations
