Job summary

Pace Recruitment is partnering with a respected main contractor in Kent to recruit a Design Manager. You will coordinate the design process from pre-construction through to completion, working with clients, consultants and the supply chain to keep programmes on track.

Projects can reach up to about £25m; you will lead technical design, manage design meetings and ensure information meets project requirements while supporting collaboration and delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering design; ability to coordinate across stakeholders.
• Experience with main contractors and design delivery from pre-construction to completion.
• Knowledge of building regulations and design coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the design process across the project lifecycle.
• Lead design programmes and review technical information.
• Coordinate design meetings with consultants and supply chain partners.
