Job summary

STRABAG UK Ltd. is seeking a Design Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of design solutions across Build and Industrial & Logistical projects.

You will drive collaboration with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design information is delivered on time, within budget, and to client requirements. The role requires proven design management experience in construction, strong programme management, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, with a focus on process

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading design management on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of design processes, regulations and standards.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary consultant teams and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate design throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain Design Deliverables Register and Design Assurance Documents.
• Report KPIs for deliverables and track progress monthly.
• Interface with clients, consultants, and internal teams; manage design risks.
• Undertake site visits and allocate design tasks within teams.
