  7. Develop and maintain knowledge of BIM to ensure compliance with the latest legislative requirements.
  8. Assist in the preparation of tender proposals, including specifications and cost analysis.

  10. Monitor design progress and ensure all information is updated and accurate.
  11. Work closely with the supply chain to obtain project costs, primarily relating to construction aspects.
Key Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in design management, particularly in the healthcare/hospital construction sector.
  2. Hands-on experience with NHS projects is essential.
  3. Strong understanding of the design process, from concept to site delivery.
  4. Ability to manage both in-house and external design teams, ensuring effective coordination and communication.
  5. Familiarity with BIM and its application within the healthcare construction sector.
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to de-risk design challenges.
  7. Strong project management skills, with the ability to control costs and ensure budgets are met.
  8. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Why Join Us?
