We are looking for a subject matter expert to deliver audits to Healthcare clients and help develop and shape the sector and team.

You will join the Sector Team as the key Healthcare expert. The role involves conducting management system audits for Healthcare clients, forming a focus group of experts for clients and internal stakeholders, developing the sector, managing key clients, ensuring excellent audit delivery, and representing BSI at Healthcare events and marketing activities. There is also potential to develop schemes and work with large accounts.

The day-to-day responsibilities include delivering robust management system audits and managing client relationships. Opportunities exist to train in additional schemes, develop new and existing schemes, and support clients at all levels to foster excellence.

Candidate requirements:

  • Several years' experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Good knowledge of quality, environmental, and health & safety management systems.
  • Experience auditing standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 7101.
  • Skills in time management, self-management, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Client-centric, agile, and collaborative behaviors.

This is a home-based role with travel requirements within the UK. You must hold a full driving license. Travel may include daily travel and overnight stays. The role involves conducting audits both on-site and remotely, often working independently as the BSI representative.
