We are seeking a technically skilled Design Supervisor/Junior Design Manager (Electrical Bias – Solar) on a permanent basis, with a salary up to £64,000, based in Central London. This role focuses on delivering high-quality electrical design solutions across all stages of photovoltaic (PV) project development. It involves both team leadership and hands-on technical responsibilities.

This role is suitable for someone looking to step up to a Design Manager position with good experience in the solar industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute, review, and provide technical sign-off for electrical system designs
2. Prepare and approve project Bill of Quantities (BoQ) aligned with design requirements
3. Oversee electrical design across all PV development phases
4. Lead and coordinate a team of engineers, ensuring outputs meet project schedules and quality standards

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
