RG Setsquare seeks a Design Manager to lead design coordination on a landmark construction project in Leatherhead and surrounding areas. The role requires strong process-driven design management, coordinating consultants and implementing programme controls.

You will manage design and construction sequencing, chair meetings with clients and stakeholders, and contribute to delivery improvements alongside cost input. This is a long-term opportunity with secured work.

Our Client is a Blue Chip building contractor whom are looking for a Design Manager to help deliver a landmark project in Leatherhead and surrounds.

The ideal candidate will already be working in a similar construction role and have Mid Tier or Top Tier experience on projects 5 million to 20 million.

As Design Manager/ Coordinator you will have strong process driven experience, and take responsibility for:

Managing the construction programming through the cycle of the build and be able to understand the construction sequence and techniques employed.

Programme control and the co-ordination of trades and the ability to adapt this where required.

Add cost and design input on the delivery process and end product

Co-Coordinating all design and project consultants

Managing and chairing meetings with client and stakeholders
