The Role:

As Design Manager, you will oversee the design aspects of two key high-rise residential refurbishment developments in the Sevenoaks area, including a significant refurbishment projects (Gateway 2). You will work closely with an established and supportive team of talented Design Managers, each bringing a diverse skill set to the table. This collaborative environment ensures a strong network of expertise, fostering continuous professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the design process across two major residential projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless design delivery.
  • Manage design-related issues and provide effective solutions to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement design strategies aligned with project goals.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior design team members, contributing to their professional development.
