Are you a skilled Design Manager looking to join a forward-thinking contractor at the forefront of industrial and data centre delivery? We’re working with a top-tier main contractor renowned for its expertise in the Industrial & Logistics (I&L) and Data Centre sectors to find a driven individual to join their growing team in Princes Risborough.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and coordinate the design process across a range of fast-paced, technically complex projects.
• Collaborate closely with pre-construction, commercial and delivery teams from concept to completion.
• Manage external consultants and ensure compliance with design, specification, and quality standards.
• Resolve design challenges and drive value engineering solutions where appropriate.

• Proven experience in a design management role within the construction industry.
