Job summary

Tribuild in London is seeking a Design Manager to join the team delivering a prestigious £40m Grade II Listed refurbishment in the City of London.

You will coordinate the design process from detailed design through construction, working closely with consultants, architects, subcontractors and the site delivery team. The role involves managing design information, technical queries, design programmes and cross-discipline coordination across architectural, structural and MEP elements.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial refurbishment, fit-out or complex existing buildings would be highly beneficial.
• Ability to coordinate design processes across multiple disciplines.
