Job summary

Tribuild is seeking a Design Manager to join the team delivering a prestigious £40m Grade II Listed refurbishment in the City of London. You’ll coordinate the design process from detailed design through construction, working closely with consultants, architects, subcontractors and the site delivery team.

Responsibilities include managing design information, technical queries, design programmes and buildability reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience managing design from detailed design to construction.
• Strong coordination with consultants, architects, and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of buildability reviews and design programmes.
• Experience in commercial refurbishment or complex existing buildings is beneficial.

• Co-ordinate the design process from detailed design through construction, working with consultants, architects, subcontractors and the site delivery team.
