Job summary

Tribuild in London is seeking a Design Manager to lead the design coordination on a prestigious Grade II Listed refurbishment in the City of London. You will manage the design process from detailed design through construction, coordinating with consultants, architects, subcontractors and the site delivery team to ensure buildable, compliant solutions.

Technical coordination across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines is required.

• Experience in commercial refurbishment, fit-out or complex existing buildings.

Tribuild is looking for a Design Manager to join the team delivering a prestigious 40m Grade II Listed refurbishment in the City of London.

You’ll coordinate the design process from detailed design through construction, working closely with consultants, architects, subcontractors and the site delivery team.

Responsibilities will include managing design information, technical queries, design programmes, buildability reviews and coordination between architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.

Experience in commercial refurbishment, fit-out or complex existing buildings would be highly beneficial.

Salary: 60k- 80k, dependent on experience.
