The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Design Manager to lead the design process across all project stages—from concept (Stage 0) through to completion (Stage 5). This is a key role, working closely with clients, project managers, and internal teams to ensure every design meets expectations, aligns with project specifications, and adds value at every step.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the design process across all RIBA stages (0–5).
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and feedback.
• Work alongside project managers to ensure seamless integration of design and construction timelines.
• Ensure all designs comply with current building regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
• Facilitate collaboration between design, technical, and delivery teams.
• Lead client design meetings and present concepts and proposals effectively.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in design management within the construction or fit-out sector.
• Deep understanding of the project lifecycle and construction methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in design software and digital tools.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
