Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a Design Manager for a long-term freelance opportunity in Cambridge. This role offers a competitive day rate and the chance to work on large-scale projects, typically exceeding £80M. As a Design Manager, you will join a supportive design team and collaborate closely with a Design Director, ensuring the successful delivery of multiple Pre-Construction Services Agreements (PCSA). This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with main contracting experience to contribute to significant projects while enjoying a stable contract of at least six months.

A Design Manager opportunity to work with a well-known main contractor working on multiple PCSA's.

Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting a main contractor in their search for a Design Manager to join their design team. This is an opportunity to be based within the office. As Design Manager, you will benefit from working with the existing technical team and have full support from a Design Director.

Our client works on large schemes usually £80M+. For this role, you must have main contracting experience with either a tier 1 main contractor or SME.

For this role, our client is looking to pay a competitive day rate with a guaranteed 6 months plus contract of work.
