Kier Group plc. is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead engineering design delivery for Southern Water Services on a £3.1bn framework. The role covers strategic planning, design and construction management across multiple sites in Falmer, Chichester and Kent, with line management responsibility for Design Managers.
You will drive design excellence, coordinate with discipline leads, manage supplier input, and ensure safe, compliant handover from definition to commissioning.

Kier has been appointed by Southern Water Services to their £3.1bn Strategic Development Partnership Framework for AMP8. You'll be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions across water and wastewater treatment projects, working on schemes that improve water safety, quality, recycling, and resilience for millions of households.
As a Senior Design Manager, you'll be working within the Southern Water Services team, supporting them in delivering strategic planning, design, and construction management services. Your day to day will include:
You hold Chartered Engineer status with a degree level qualification (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline.
