Job summary

Locri Recruitment is supporting a long-term client in appointing a Design Manager for high-end workplace and commercial fit-out projects. The role is based on-site across London, with around one day per week in the Surrey office, offering great progression opportunities.

You will lead design management and technical coordination, working closely with clients, contractors and consultants to deliver premium interiors and ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Experience in UK high-end workplace / commercial fit out.
• Design management or technical coordination experience.
• Strong technical and construction knowledge.
• Confident client and contractor-facing skills.
• Revit experience is beneficial.

We’re working with a long-term client who is growing their team due to a strong pipeline of high-end workplace and commercial fit out projects.

They’re looking for a Design Manager to join the team, working predominantly on site across London, with around one day per week in the Surrey office.

The role:

• Working closely with clients, contractors and consultants
• High-end workplace & commercial fit out projects
• Strong opportunity for career progression

Looking for:

• UK high-end workplace / commercial fit out experience
• Design Management, technical coordination or similar experience
• Strong technical and construction knowledge
• Confident client and contractor-facing skills
• Revit beneficial but not essential

This could suit an Architect, Architectural Technologist, Architectural Technician or existing Design Manager looking to develop their career.
