Severn Trent in Bromsgrove is seeking a Design Manager to lead the design delivery for major mains renewal projects. You will manage a direct design team and collaborate with the supply chain to ensure design work meets time, cost and quality targets.
Ideally you will have a technical engineering or design background with experience in regulated industries, strong CDM compliance awareness, and a proven ability to mentor engineers and coordinate diverse stakeholders.

We are looking for a Design Manager to be based out of Bromsgrove.
Reporting directly to the Design Business Lead, the Design Manager will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our Mains Renewal Programme.
Accountable for a direct team, you will work alongside your team and the supply chain partners to develop a strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful design, delivery and handover of projects.
Ideally qualified in a technical engineering or design related discipline you will be an experienced engineer with a strong background in design, leading successful design teams in a highly regulated industry such as water or gas.
