Job summary

YunoJuno Limited in London is seeking a hands-on Associate Creative Director on a 3‑month contract, hybrid with 2–3 days on site.

You will lead concepting and art direction across campaigns, social content and pitches, working closely with designers, copywriters, animators and project managers to shape work from concept through production. Strong leadership, clear guidance and client-facing presentation are key.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing social-first work and art direction.
• Able to move between concepting, design and production with hands-on Figma and Adobe CC.
• Experience producing creative across channels and markets.
• Excellent English communication and client-facing skills.
• Collaborative leadership with low ego and positive energy.

Responsibilities

• Based in London, join a growing EMEA team led by a local CD.
• Collaborate with creatives, designers, writers, developers, producers and project managers globally.
• Develop concepts for campaigns, social content, pitches and new opportunities.
• Shape work from concept through production, including design direction, presentations, visual references, layouts, storyboards, motion and edits.
• Guide designers on composition, hierarchy, typography, visual systems, storytelling and craft.
• Turn briefs into clear plans with priorities, milestones, responsibilities and deliverables.
• Lead pitches and projects independently, keeping work, teams and processes on track.
• Present creative ideas to clients with clarity and confidence.
• Stay involved through pre-production, design, motion, edits, localization and delivery.
• Explore new tools, technologies and creative approaches, including AI, to improve ideas and production.
