Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design pragmatic solutions for production challenges focusing on speed, scale, cost efficiency, quality control, and workflow friction.
• Turn emerging tools and better ways of working into usable approaches, playbooks, and implementation guidance for delivery teams.
• Lead discovery to identify root causes of production issues and translate findings into actionable plans.
• Build commercially viable solutions and business cases showing how new approaches improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align priorities, trade-offs, and governance for live deployments.
