Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a senior design leader to obsess over the Fanatics Casino look and feel. You will define the system, set visual standards, and spearhead a design team to deliver cohesive branding across campaigns, features, and in-product experiences.

You will work closely with Product Design and Brand to maintain visual coherence, mentor designers, and art-direct external partners while ensuring responsible gaming messaging is clear and compliant.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in design across brand and digital.
• Portfolio showing system thinking and standout pieces.
• Expert-level Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to run several workstreams simultaneously.
• Collaborative presence across marketing, product and commercial teams.
• iGaming, sportsbook, gaming or entertainment experience.
• Experience scaling a design system across multiple markets.
• Experience building an in-house studio.

Responsibilities

• Lead design across brand campaigns, feature launches, in-product and marketing.
• Protect and iterate the Casino visual identity and the design system.
• Direct and review the team’s work with concrete feedback.
• Work with Product Design and Brand to keep experiences coherent.
• Art-direct external partners: photographers, illustrators, motion studios & retouchers.
• Present design work to senior leadership and explain the thinking.
• Ensure design supports responsible gaming with legible disclaimers and clear odds.
