Sotalent is seeking a hands‑on Design Lead to shape and maintain the visual identity of its online casino brand. This role combines creative leadership, brand development and practical design execution, with responsibility for standards across marketing campaigns, product launches and in‑app experiences.

You will lead the design team and ensure a high‑quality brand experience across every customer touchpoint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience across brand and digital environments.
• At least 2 years owning or leading a conceptual design function.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Figma and strong Adobe Creative Suite skills.
• Ability to confidently direct motion and 3D creative work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across marketing, product and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative design across brand campaigns, product and feature launches, in‑app experiences and ongoing marketing activity.
• Maintain and evolve the visual identity and design system, including typography, colour, layout, imagery and iconography.
• Set creative standards and provide clear, actionable feedback to the design team.
• Review and direct design work while remaining actively involved in concept development and execution.
• Collaborate with Product Design and Brand teams to ensure consistency between marketing and in‑product experiences.
• Art‑direct external creative partners, including photographers, illustrators, motion designers and retouchers.
• Present creative concepts and design recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure responsible gaming principles are reflected in design, including clear DISCLAIMERS, accessible messaging and transparent presentation of odds, offers and promotional terms.
• Improve creative workflows, output quality and design processes across the function.

Salary: £61,000–£83,000 per year

About the Role

A leading digital sports and entertainment business is seeking a hands‑on Design Lead to shape and maintain the visual identity of its online casino brand.

This role combines creative leadership, brand development and practical design execution. You will set visual standards across marketing campaigns, product launches, in‑app experiences and ongoing communications, while leading the design team and ensuring a consistent, high‑quality brand experience across every customer touchpoint.

The successful candidate will balance strong conceptual thinking with hands‑on creative work, providing direction and feedback while collaborating closely with product, brand and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Strong creative judgement and the ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across marketing, product and commercial teams.
• Confidence providing creative direction and maintaining visual standards while working collaboratively.

Preferred Experience

• Background in iGaming, sportsbook, gaming or entertainment.
• Experience scaling design systems across multiple markets or regulatory environments.
• Experience establishing or developing an in‑house creative studio.

What to Expect

During the first 90 days, the successful candidate will become familiar with the brand's existing visual identity and customer touchpoints, identify opportunities to improve consistency and quality, and help strengthen creative processes and output.

• Annual salary of £61,000–£83,000.
• Additional bonus eligibility.
