Job summary

Fanatics Casino is seeking a Senior Design Lead who obsessively cares about how every touchpoint looks. You will define the visual system, set the design standards across campaigns, features, emails, and the app, and lead the design team hands-on.

In this role you’ll collaborate with Product Design and Brand, art-direct photographers and studios, present to senior leadership, and ensure responsible gaming is baked into every design decision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in design across brand and digital.
• Portfolio demonstrating system thinking and standout pieces.
• Expert-level Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; ability to art-direct motion and 3D.

Responsibilities

• Lead design across brand campaigns, feature launches, in-product and always-on marketing.
• Protect and iterate the Casino visual identity and the design system behind it: type, colour, layout, imagery, iconography principles.
• Direct and review the team's work, giving feedback that is specific enough to act on.
• Work with Product Design and Brand to keep marketing and in-app experiences visually coherent.
• Art-direct external partners: photographers, illustrators, motion studios and retouchers.
• Present design work to senior leadership and explain the thinking behind it.
• Make sure design actively supports responsible gaming: DISCLAIMERS that are genuinely legible, RG messaging that is easy to find, and complete clarity about odds, value and what an offer includes.
