A systems thinker and visual storyteller who can turn complex ideas into clarity and energy. Someone who can translate strategy into compelling executive story design combining structure concept and craft to create CxO-level persuasion assets that move decisions forward. You understand how to use design to frame arguments sharpen value and build belief.

Key Responsibilities

• Design premium executive storytelling assets for strategic pursuits
• Transform propositions and storylines into visual frameworks and story maps
• Create clear narrative structures using diagrams architectures and messaging systems
• Elevate pitch and pursuit materials into CxO-level communication
• Co‑design thought leadership and signature narratives with the Proposition Lead
• Build repeatable story templates and visual IP for Iconic Deals

Qualifications : Experience

• 712 years in narrative design brand design and art direction interaction design or strategic comms
• Portfolio of high‑stakes communication work for enterprise or transformation programmes
• Experience presenting to or working near C‑level audiences
• Strong ability to visualise abstract ideas systems and flows
• Background may include : innovation studio design consultancy strategy firm or design‑led transformation team
