We are seeking a highly experienced Design Lead to work within an Engineering team. The primary objective of this role is to enhance the design delivery function by providing strong, people-focused leadership to a team of project-based Design Delivery Managers.

This role will allow you to generate ideas to increase design supplier productivity and improve design throughput. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing robust data and reporting systems and managing design approval processes.

We are looking for someone who truly wants to make a difference and initiate change, as this role will play a key part in enhancing the design capability.

Key responsibilities:
