JN Technical Ltd. is looking for an experienced Connection Designer to join their structural steel team on a remote basis. You will produce connection designs to Eurocodes/BS standards and prepare calculations, sketches, and reports for approval.

Formación

• Proven experience as a structural steel connection designer within a UK fabrication or consultancy environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Eurocode 3 and relevant British Standards.
• Proficiency with connection design software (e.g., IDEA StatiCa, Tekla Tedds, MasterSeries, or similar).
• Ability to interpret GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and 3D models.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely.
• Degree or HNC/HND in Structural or Civil Engineering preferred, though strong experience is equally valued.
