JN Technical Ltd. is recruiting a Connection Designer to join the remote-based engineering team for large-scale structural steel projects across the UK.

You will design safe and efficient connections to Eurocodes/BS standards and prepare calculations, sketches, and reports for review. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a structural steel connection designer in a UK fabrication or consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of Eurocode 3 and relevant British Standards.
• Experience with connection design software (IDEA StatiCa, Tekla Tedds, MasterSeries or similar).
• Ability to interpret GA drawings, fabrication drawings and 3D models.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.
• Degree or HNC/HND in Structural or Civil Engineering preferred, though strong experience valued.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Connection Designer to join their engineerging department on a remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled designer who to help deliver large scale steel structures.

Role Responsibilities
