Job summary

Sunblink is seeking a Design Engineer to join the piling and ground engineering team in the North West of England. You will design and develop engineering solutions for piling and ground projects, working with colleagues across engineering and project delivery to ensure practical, compliant designs.

The role requires a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and experience in design engineering within civil or piling disciplines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experience in a design engineering role in civil/structural/piling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical information and develop practical design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Produce and develop engineering designs for piling and ground engineering projects.
• Undertake design calculations and technical assessments.
• Prepare design documentation, drawings and submissions.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop practical engineering solutions.
• Ensure designs meet relevant technical standards, project requirements and industry regulations.
