Job summary

A growing engineering firm is seeking a Design Engineer for Ground Shoring in the UK. This full-time position offers the chance to advance your career through an ICE approved training program. Responsibilities include designing temporary works for excavation support and attending site visits. Candidates should have an HND or degree in civil, structural, or geotechnical engineering and at least two years’ experience in the field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience designing temporary works.
• Understanding of CDM 2015 regulation.
• Experience designing Ground Shoring.

Responsibilities

• Produce temporary works designs for excavation support.
• Work in accordance with BS5975:2024.
• Attend client meetings and carry out site visits.
