A leading fire safety solutions provider in Birmingham is seeking a Design Engineer responsible for delivering high-quality fire suppression system designs. This office-based role for the first six months allows for hybrid working thereafter. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years' experience with fire suppression systems, proficiency in AutoCAD, and strong communication skills. Birmingham (office-based for first 6 months)

What You Will Do

As a Design Engineer, you’ll be responsible for delivering high‑quality fire suppression system designs across regional projects. You will join our Fire Suppression Design Team based in Birmingham. To ensure full training, onboarding, and support, the role will be office‑based for the first 6 months. After this period, hybrid working will be available subject to performance and agreement with your Design Manager. You will also attend occasional UK site visits for surveys, progress reviews, drawing mark‑ups, and client design meetings.
