Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Design Engineer - Electrical Building Services (Data Centres) to lead design and technical development of building services for data centre projects, delivering compliant, high-quality specifications from concept to delivery.

The role is based in Northfleet with hybrid working; 6-month initial contract Inside IR35, paying £500–£600 per day. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure designs meet client and regulatory requirements.

Are you a Building Services Design Engineer with experience working om Data Centres, looking to play a vital role within one of the most exciting and growing projects within the industry?

On offer is the chance to join one of the fastest growing projects within the Data Centre industry, within one of the fastest growing design consultancies in the UK.

In this vital role, you will lead the design and technical development of building services systems across major data centre projects, ensuring solutions meet client, regulatory and performance requirements. Alongside this you will coordinate with multidisciplinary design and construction teams, producing high-quality technical designs, specifications and documentation from concept through to delivery.

This role would suit a Building Services Design Engineer with experience working on Data Centres looking to play a vital role within one of the most exciting projects in the industry.

The Role
