Job summary

Catorfaen is seeking an engineering professional for a full-time position in Chalgrove, Oxfordshire. The role involves designing, testing, and rolling out new products within the additive manufacturing hardware sector. You will be responsible for the entire product development cycle from concept to production scale-up.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree, are proficient with CAD (preferably SolidWorks), and have experience with FDM 3D printing. The position provides competitive salary and benefits including 25 days of annual leave, health & wellbeing allowances, and family-friendly leave pay.

Qualifications

• Engineering Degree or equivalent knowledge.
• Proficiency with CAD, ideally SolidWorks.
• Experience with FDM 3D printing.

Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed design work including 3D modelling and testing.
• Responsible for running technical aspects of development projects.
• Create and approve technical reports and documentation.
• Point of contact between engineering and other departments.
• Ensure design files are kept up to date.
• Work closely with operations and manufacturing.
