Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing high-end commercial office interiors.
• Strong Commercial Design & Build background, ideally at Senior Designer or Design Director level.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing innovative, high-quality workplace projects.
• Genuinely enjoys being client-facing, pitching concepts and presenting design ideas.
• Confident communicator with credibility to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision and design direction across high-end commercial workplace projects.
• Develop innovative design concepts that stand out in a competitive market.
• Own client presentations, pitches and design workshops.
• Build strong client relationships and become a trusted creative adviser.
• Mentor and inspire designers, helping develop the next generation of creative talent.
