Job summary

Interior Architects in London seeks a Design Director to lead design across workplace projects, strengthen client partnerships and drive growth across the UK, EMEA and MENA. You will shape a clear design vision for key projects and guide teams from early strategy through delivery.

Working with studio leadership and technical leaders, you will connect design ambition with client goals, budgets and schedules, while bringing commercial curiosity and London market insight to opportunities with

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading workplace design from concept through delivery.
Experience directing space planning, development documentation and furniture packages.
Proven track record building trusted client relationships and translating business goals into design outcomes.
Experience contributing to business development, pursuing and securing new or repeat commissions.

Responsibilities

Lead design across workplace projects and elevate design quality across the studio.
Direct and present design concepts for key projects and accounts with clear storytelling.
Oversee space plans, concepts and documentation to align with client goals and delivery requirements.
Collaborate with project managers and technical leaders to coordinate design intent and deliverables.
Lead design reviews and mentor teams through from concept to handover.
Advance opportunities with leadership in EMEA and beyond, aligning withIA’s strategic objectives.
