Job summary

Bigblue UK in London is seeking a Senior Technical Designer (Revit) to lead technical detailing for commercial workplace interiors. You will deliver buildable, well-coordinated spaces, working with creative, pre-construction and delivery teams from developed design through to construction.

Candidates should have proven experience in commercial D&B, traditional fit-out or architecture, with strong Revit skills and construction knowledge.

Qualifications

Experience delivering commercial workplace/office interior projects.
Strong working or advanced Revit skills and knowledge of design software.
Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge.

Responsibilities

Develop workplace schemes from design intent through to detailed technical design and construction.
Produce comprehensive technical drawings and construction packages.
Work predominantly in Revit, alongside other design software.
Produce detailed plans, elevations, sections, details and schedules.
Coordinate architectural, interior, MEP and specialist subcontractor information.
Review designs for buildability, compliance and technical accuracy.
Resolve technical and design challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor junior members of the technical design team.
