Job summary

redfish solutions ltd is seeking a Design Director to lead the creative vision and studio for commercial workplace fit-out projects. You will pitch, design, and delivery across client briefs from concept through to construction, while mentoring a compact design team and coordinating with pre-construction and build delivery teams.

You will drive innovation in sustainability, ergonomics and space layouts, acting as the main creative voice in client engagements and ensuring timely, on-budget

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
• 8–10+ years in commercial workplace interiors.
• Proven pitch win track record in Design & Build (D&B).
• Hands-on familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile client pitches and tender processes.
• Champion innovation in workplace design and trends in sustainability, ergonomics and agile working.
• Act as the primary creative voice presenting proposals to C-suite stakeholders.
• Mentor and resource a studio of interior designers, technical designers and 3D visualisers.
• Establish and optimise internal workflows, quality standards and design delivery processes.
