Bigblue in London is seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead our commercial office interiors practice. This senior role sets the design vision, guides a talented team and drives winning, high-profile workplace projects.

You will work with senior leadership, design, pre-construction and client teams to shape the creative identity of projects, balancing innovation with budget and schedule while mentoring colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interior design experience in office design.
• Experience at Creative Director/Design Director or equivalent senior level.
• Proven ability to lead pitches and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide creative leadership across major commercial workplace projects.
• Set high design standards across the studio.
• Lead pitches, competitions and client presentations.
• Develop workplace concepts matching client brand and culture.
• Mentor interior designers and senior team members.
• Collaborate with technical, pre-construction, commercial and project delivery teams.
• Support new business and differentiate creatively in pitches.
• Act as senior design ambassador with clients and industry.
