Job summary

Glendale Creative Limited in Dartford is seeking a Junior Design Apprentice to support the design team with day-to-day artwork updates and studio workflow. This entry-level role offers exposure to briefs, feedback, and deadlines in a busy studio.

Based in Eynsford (Dartford), the apprenticeship runs 15 months with Content Creator Level 3. Training covers on-the-job and off-the-job learning, with potential for full-time employment after completion.

Qualifications

• Entry-level apprenticeship; interest in design and willingness to learn.
• Able to travel to Eynsford (Dartford) for in-studio work.
• Genuine interest in design and how creative studios work.

Responsibilities

• Update existing artwork and design files with briefs and guidance.
• Prepare artwork and assets for print-ready and digital-ready use (exports, specs).
• Support print/merchandise production tasks, liaising with suppliers and tracking progress.
• Keep tidy file structures with clear naming, version control and handover.
