Job summary

Pathdesignrecruitment is seeking a Junior Designer in London to gain exposure to a wide range of creative work and start building a career in design. You’ll join a multidisciplinary team working across campaigns, branding, editorial and merchandise, with guidance from a Design Director.

You’ll be supported to develop your craft in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment, bringing curiosity, energy and a fresh perspective to the studio.

Qualifications

• Talented designer with ideas, taste, versatility and a fantastic attitude.
• Strong eye for design and willingness to learn in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Ability to develop craft across campaigns, branding and other outputs.

Responsibilities

• Support development of creative ideas across campaigns, brands and projects.
• Bring concepts to life across channels and formats.
• Work across campaign design and visual identities to books and merchandise.
• Collaborate with designers, creatives and wider teams.
• Develop skills across established and emerging tools, with Figma as a key toolkit.
• Present work and thinking clearly to colleagues beyond the design team.
