Job summary

Ocado Retail is seeking a Junior Digital Artworker to join our in‑house studio, EAT Creative. You’ll create engaging visual content for campaigns, promotions, and daily digital assets across e‑commerce, emails, and paid social.

You’ll report to the Senior Digital Designer in a busy studio, using Figma and Adobe CC to ensure brand consistency. This role offers hybrid working with three days in the Hatfield office and opportunities to grow within a market‑leading online retailer.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing artwork and digital design skills.
• Understanding of brand guidelines and apply them consistently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing visual assets for multi‑channel digital campaigns across paid social, e‑commerce, and email.
• Turn around quick-brief assets, primarily banner creation for digital channels.
• Learn and apply brand guidelines using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud for consistency.
• Support Senior Designer and team, incorporate feedback and submit work for review and sign‑off.
• Keep track of tasks, manage deadlines, and update project files with the operations team.
