Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Design and Team Coordinator to support activities within the Marketing Team and the wider Bids, BD, Marketing, and Events Team at DAC Beachcroft Claims Solutions Group. This role suits someone with experience in administrative roles and an interest in design and marketing.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the coordinator will support daily activities of the Bids, BD, Marketing & Events Team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, diligent, collaborative, and capable of supporting successful initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with general administration: monitoring emails, arranging meetings, updating reports, supporting campaigns and projects.
  • Create and modify branded materials such as documents, presentations, and teamsheets using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign.
  • Support e-communications and marketing strategies by preparing email invites, updates, and newsletters.
  • Contribute to social media strategies through competitor benchmarking, reporting, and creating social media assets.
  • Maintain internal communication and administration, including process documentation and project boards on Monday.com.
  • Manage the team intranet and website content, including uploading items and updating professional photographs.
  • Update contact records in the CRM database.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather content for projects and campaigns.
  • Provide administrative support for projects: scheduling, coordinating, and documenting.
  • Handle support requests from internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with content management for shared drives and content libraries.
Candidate Profile
  • Organized team player with good administrative skills and deadline management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and proofreading skills.
  • Interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; basic Excel knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is advantageous.
