Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Site Operations Manager to lead the Desford site, ensuring KPI delivery, safety standards, and team development in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the site, managing teams, contractors, and visitors.
• Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate site operations and meet processing volumes.
• Lead from the front on service delivery, budgetary KPIs, and contractual commitments.
• Ensure all shift activities comply with SOPs, SSOWs, and safety procedures.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and career progression within your team.
